Job Description

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

1. Passion for guest service
2. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
3. Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
4. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
5. Highly responsible & reliable
6. Fluency in English, secondary language preferred
7. Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and Guest requests
8. Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Knowledge of Micros-Fidelio Property Management System an asset
10. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
11. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year previous proven Supervisory position or equivalent in a customer service industry
