Job Description

1. Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards.
2. Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests' requests are attended to in a timely manner.

Qualifications

1. Service-focused personality is essential.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
