Room Attendant
Job description
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as per Hotel standards.
- Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety and emergency protocols.
- Ensure the privacy and security of guests by respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and managing lost and found items appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
