Job Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment, adhering to hotel standards.
Restock room amenities and supplies meticulously, including toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies, to enhance the guest experience.
Inspect and maintain the functionality of room equipment and fixtures, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to ensure guest comfort.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, aiming to exceed expectations in service.
Effectively manage time to complete assigned rooms within a specified timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and communication, fostering a supportive work environment.
Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly, ensuring compliance with health regulations to provide a safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and window washing, on a scheduled basis to maintain a fresh appearance.
Document and report lost and found items, ensuring all procedures are followed for guest recovery and inventory tracking.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to keep up-to-date with hotel policies and enhance service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial for effective guest communication.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling and usage practices, is essential for this role.
Certification in hospitality services or housekeeping practices is a plus, showcasing commitment to the profession.
