ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is responsible for ensuring a high level of guest services to the guests of Emaar Malls in accordance with the established Emaar standards. Drive greater guest satisfaction and add value to the Guest Services Department.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 0-2 years of Customer/Guest Service experience, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- 6 months of regional/local Customer/Guest Service experience, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/College.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Ability to speak other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, French) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills required.

- Providing exceptional service, resulting in a positive customer experience.
- Welcoming guests as they enter The Dubai Mall according to predefined Guest Services standard greetings.
- Providing customers with a high level of service to achieve guest satisfaction via professionalism, timely response, product knowledge, and a willingness to help in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Accompanying VIP guests while upholding The Dubai Mall standards in professionalism and confidentiality.
- Managing the Emaar Gift Card, which includes:
- Ensuring the EGC POS terminal is in working condition.
- Compliance with the set Terms & Conditions of EGC partners.
- Entering and validating all necessary information of the purchaser as per Central Bank guidelines.
- Ensuring and validating proper activation of EGC after successful cash/credit sale transactions.
- Escalating customer feedback/concerns to the Guest Service Supervisor.
- Attending team meetings and proactively raising any suggestions for added value to the department.
- Ensuring positive communication between Guest Services and other departments.
- Completing assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Adhering to The Dubai Mall Guest Services code of conduct, service charter, and Health, Safety, and Security procedures.
