Salary: £7,000/m (depending on experience)

Job Overview

A returning client is looking for a well-rounded Head Butler to join and lead a team of international staff for their property and portfolio in the UAE/Global.

The Client is very cultured and refined; the Butler should be switched-on and intuitive with a contemporary sensibility and flexibility, whilst being adept at more traditional personal service.

Responsibilities

1. Making appointments and liaising with the Family office.
2. Ensuring everything is on schedule for the Principal in both home and business environments.
3. Overseeing formal and informal food & beverage service.
4. Traveling and overseeing travel preparations such as packing & unpacking, luggage itineraries, and expediting smooth arrival and departure procedures at multiple residences.
5. Hiring and training new team members across all interior household positions.

Qualifications

Candidates must also meet the following requirements:

1. Have a valid EU or UK passport (For EU travel).
2. Be fluent in the English Language.
3. Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
4. Have excellent contactable references.
5. Have 5+ years experience working as a Head Butler within a private household and/or within a luxury service environment.
