Job Responsibilities of Project Engineer/Operations Manager:

• Worked in a Steel Structure Fabrication zone in cast steel fabricating gates, grills, balconies, staircases, parabolas, fixed panels, and all steel-related fabrications.
• Installations & Maintenance: All kinds of Steel Structure Fabrication, Steel Fabrication, and Cast Steel installation and production work.
• Worked in rolling shutters, car parking sheds, and overhead doors fabrication and installation.
• Handled the steel industrial shed from planning & estimation to complete installation.
• Key person in Betomatic with authorizations for Purchasing, HR & Estimation divisions.
• Production manager of steel structure fabrication zone for fabricating steel cast gates, staircases, fences, and all kinds of steel fabrication related to steel plants.
• Coordinated preventive and corrective maintenance, planning, and scheduling major shutdowns.
• Generated daily inspection, service, and maintenance reports to submit to the general manager.
• Reviewed shop drawings given by the design consultant and estimated quantities.
• Followed up on steel work at site and supervised contractors to ensure work was carried out as planned.
• Controlled manpower, machinery, materials, and tools at the workshop and all projects.
• Coordinated with contractors for structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinated with the civil and electrical departments to resolve issues.
• Inspected indented and received materials required for the project.
• Complete knowledge in Steel Structure and Steel Fabrication works.
• Installed steel sheds and industrial sheds, and steel barrier systems.
• Fabricated, installed, and maintained steel, including rolling shutters.
• Monitored and updated day-to-day project activities to the project head.
• Coordinated with QA/QC department and design department for work inspections.
• Allocated manpower and prepared requests for information (RFI).
• Responsible for developing Steel structural and Steel Divisions.
• Pricing for structural and non-structural steel fabrication jobs.
• Implemented corrective and preventive actions in the Progress Plan.
• Responsible for Engineering and Steel Structural Design.
• Supervised mechanical activities in steel production.
• Handled a steel team size of up to 45 members.
• Followed up with project supervisors and reported progress to the Project Manager.
