Robotics Engineer

Hands on Experience in Robot and Cobot simulation, Programming, Deployment and testing with any reputed OEM such as Kuka, Fanuc, ABB, Yokogawa and others.

Involved in designing the fixture, zigs, Conveyors for assembly automation.

Technical Knowledge of Industry Sensors, Actuators, IoT Gateway, Middleware, Data Storage, Robots, Cobots and OT-IT integration.

Plant audit and Capture As-Is manufacturing process, instrumentation used, KPIs, Data flow and suggest recommendation on sensors, data acquisition techniques, useful KPIs and IIOT use cases for Digitization of factory.

Verification of customer’s basic process design diagram, conceptualization, preparing specifications and development of automation solutions for several projects in parallel.

Advanced knowledge & experience in PLC, SCADA, Historian, DCS, HMI and CNC controllers.

Advance knowledge of Batch process (ISA S88 and ISA 95 standard), Batch engineering, testing, and commissioning expertise is preferable.

Identification and capability to do technical assessment of various system integrators or ODMs of Sensors, IIoT Gateway, Robots, Cobots, Drive for Industry automation.

Coordination with ODM and system integrator for delivery, installation and commissioning of approved solution.

Candidates with advance trainings certificate of DCS/PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation from reputed automation vendor (manufacturer) company will be preferable.

Must have good experience on communication protocols like MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, HART, Ethernet, OPC UA/HDA etc.

Good Understanding on IIOT use case and solution.
