Roles & Responsibilities

1. Towing: Transporting the vehicle to a repair shop or other designated location.
2. Battery Jump-Start: Helping to start a vehicle with a dead battery.
3. Flat Tire Assistance: Changing a flat tire with a spare or repairing the tire.
4. Fuel Delivery: Providing a small amount of fuel if the vehicle runs out.
5. Lockout Service: Helping the driver get into the vehicle if they are locked out.
6. Winching: Pulling a vehicle out of mud, snow, or a ditch.
7. Minor Mechanical Repairs: Providing basic repairs to get the vehicle operable again.
