Road Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation/induction.
2. Lead HSE awareness sessions for workers.
3. Understand and implement the Journey Management Plan.
4. Provide awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus where applicable.
5. Participate in Transport Safety/Road Safety Risk Assessments.
6. Conduct vehicle inspections with thorough knowledge of safety devices.
7. Understand and implement Transport Emergency response plans/procedures.
8. Prepare Road Safety awareness training materials and maintain databases.
9. Generate reports from IVMS or equivalent.
10. Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 24 years of experience in any industry.
2. At least 1 year of experience in managing and implementing Road Safety aspects with a specific focus on IVMS data generation and reports.
3. Any Bachelor Degree OR Diploma from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue.
4. Minimum one of the following:
1. NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
2. Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion).
5. Mandatory: IVMS Software expertise & UAE Driving license.
6. Other HSE Trainings/Certifications will be an added advantage.
