Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain a register to track Bid Number, RFT Number, Project Number, Agreement Number, Bank Guarantees, and Insurance.
- Prepare and maintain a subcontract register to track Subcontract / Frame Agreement / Blanket Contracts / Engineering Contracts.
- Prepare and maintain agreements registers to track MoU, Sales Agreements, and Partnership Agreements.
- Assist Contracts Manager in preparing CONTRACT documents using software (Microsoft Office, EPICOR, and ZOHO Contract).
