Risk Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Risk Business Analyst with expertise in risk management systems? We have an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for risk management projects, including optimization of Moody's Credit Lens, calibration of rating scorecards, and implementation of ESG Scorecards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes that align with risk management objectives and regulatory standards.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify enhancements in Moody's Credit Lens, T24, and other risk-related systems.
• Work closely with IT and vendors to deploy and integrate risk systems with core banking platforms.
• Lead testing and validation of risk system functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide hands-on support during system implementations, addressing issues and optimizing processes.
• Analyze system performance post-implementation and recommend improvements in credit rating and ESG scorecard operations.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of risk management tools.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Risk Management Systems (Moody's Credit Lens, T24)
• Strong experience with ESG Scorecards and credit rating systems
• Ability to conduct gap analysis, system testing, and implementation support
• Experience in user training and post-implementation support
