Rig Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Rig Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating rig machines and ensuring smooth execution of drilling and piling activities while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate rig machines efficiently for piling, drilling, and foundation works.
• Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure the rig is in proper working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with site engineers and foremen for smooth workflow.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the rig machine.
• Keep records of daily operations and report any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Rig Machine Operator in construction or piling projects.
• Ability to operate different types of piling and drilling rigs.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• RTA license is preferred.
• 3rd party certification is required.
• Operator driving license is mandatory.
• Heavy Operator License (No. 8) is required.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions.
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
