The RFI (Request for Information) Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and coordinating RFIs related to hydrocarbon plants, pipelines, or refineries. The role involves document control, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely responses to RFIs to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage RFIs within the project scope, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of all RFIs, including logs, status updates, and resolution tracking.
Work closely with project teams, engineering, procurement, and construction departments to gather necessary information.
Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and procedures.
Support technical teams by facilitating communication between contractors, clients, and consultants.
Generate reports on RFI status, trends, and response timelines.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hydrocarbon plant, pipeline, or refinery in an RFI or similar coordination role.
Strong knowledge of document control and project management software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
