Join our ambitious, dynamic, and growing team. We are looking for a Revit specialist/modeller.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Produce high quality security packages from both Revit and AutoCAD, including 3D models, drawings, elevations, linear diagrams and technical details.
2. Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
3. Development of company BIM templates and processes, internal BIM standards and workflow.
4. Development of company security Revit library in alignment with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
5. Extract 3D models for clash analysis and schedule review.
6. Perform internal QAQC checks of the security package (models and drawings).
7. Ensure coordination of all model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.
8. Ensure all models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
Proven Revit experience, competent in Revit 3D Modeling - min 5 years, and AutoCAD experience.
Strong knowledge of General BIM Model requirements (i.e., LOD, Naming convention, parametric modeling, etc.).
Good working knowledge of Revit sharing platforms - BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Development and setup of company BIM templates and processes, internal BIM standards and workflow.
Development of internal security Revit library.
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary design team.
The candidate must have knowledge and experience working with the following formats: ifc, nwc, rvt, dwg, pdf and be able to share models/information within these formats.
Committed to delivering an excellent level of service to the design team and an eye for detail.
Industry experience within a similar role working on security projects – beneficial.
