My Client are a Leading International Architectural Practice in Dubai, UAE

The Role

• Under the direction of the Project Architect, the candidate will assist in the preparation and development of design drawings to construction documentation level.

• Knowledge of Architectural principles, techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable standards.

• Drawings are to be executed in Revit and the candidate will be required to adhere to the company protocols and guidelines.

• Professional Knowledge – Highly skilled in using Revit

• Critical thinking

• Excellent Communication skills

• Good timekeeping

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate will preferably have a Technical qualification, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. (Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on large international projects)

• Working knowledge of UAE Building regulations/ International Codes of Practice

• Understanding of sound Construction principles.

• Understanding of Documentation Principles and Protocols

• Working knowledge of REVIT Architecture compulsory

• Middle East experience is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates based in UAE

• Extensive working Knowledge of REVIT Architecture is mandatory
