Retail Supervisor

What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with members and guests.
• Ensure orders are received and merchandised in a timely manner according to on-order timelines and any special events or VIPs on property.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales to meet revenue goals.
• Monitor and manage inventory shrink for retail and swag merchandise.
• Monitor best sellers and core stock items regularly and request fill-in orders as needed.
• Assist with department uniforms as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
