Retail Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with members and guests.
2. Ensure orders are received and merchandised in a timely manner according to on-order timelines and any special events or VIPs on property.
3. Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales to meet revenue goals.
4. Monitor and manage inventory shrink for retail and swag merchandise.
5. Monitor best sellers and core stock items regularly and request fill-in orders as needed.
6. Assist with department uniforms as needed.
7. Perform additional tasks as needed.
