Overview:
We are seeking Retail Store Managers to lead our premium confectionery stores in key malls across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each location will have a dedicated manager responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong team management skills and a passion for luxury confections.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Conduct team briefings and meetings to review performance, communicate objectives, and align on new initiatives.
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Lead the sales floor by actively engaging with customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Inspire and guide the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure effective execution of promotions to create an inviting and engaging store environment.
Sales and Profitability:
- Drive sales growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ATV, UPT, and conversion rates to optimize store performance.
- Monitor store performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Manage store maintenance and ensure a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage profitability, and develop a motivated team.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills for data analysis and reporting.
