Retail Shop Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Show Room Assistant to join our team. The Show Room Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
2. Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions about products and helping them find what they are looking for.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy.
4. Process transactions using the cash register and credit card machine.
5. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
6. Provide feedback to the store manager about customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Basic math skills and proficiency with cash registers and credit card.
6. Alerts management of potential security issues.
7. Helps with the store opening and closing process.
