Retail Sales Representative | Plug Ins | Dubai Festival City

Responsibilities:

1. To plan the necessary measures in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
2. To provide optimal customer service in accordance with company standards.
3. To monitor and adjust the management indicators of the store to achieve optimal levels.
4. To continually monitor the evolution of sales and customer profiles.
5. To be familiar with the collection to increase sales.
6. To ensure good communication with the headquarters.
7. To inform managers and headquarters of anything that has a major impact on the management of the store and/or its sales.
8. To transmit the company culture to the team.
9. To recruit personnel for the store team.
10. To provide all necessary training and information to develop and integrate all members of the team.
11. To organise and distribute tasks and positions to each team member.
12. To ensure that all staff are familiar with and apply the customer service standards of the company.
13. To advise the team on how to maximise sales with their everyday work.
14. To encourage internal communication and participation within the team.
15. To evaluate the progress and development of each team member.
16. To monitor and motivate the team.
17. To identify the potential of the team and create a breeding ground for future promotions.
18. To monitor the personal and professional image of the team.
19. To ensure compliance with local legislation and internal store regulations.
20. To continually analyse sales rankings.
21. To check the scanning of garments (rotation chart).
22. To check and ensure the correct use of PMD tools.
23. To make the weekly product report, observing the following 3 points in the store:
1. What part of the collection is selling well.
2. What part of the collection customers return in the fitting rooms and why those garments are not selling.
3. What would sell that we do not have in the collection.
