Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
2. Offers chocolate as per PATCHI standards.
3. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting items.
4. Sells PATCHI products and services to consumers in a professional manner while following guidelines.
5. Helps customers make selections by building their confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.
6. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
