Job Description:

1. Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
2. Offers chocolate as per PATCHI standards.
3. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters and suggesting items.
4. Sells PATCHI products and services to consumers in a professional manner and follows guidelines.
5. Helps customers make selections by building confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.
6. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
