Retail Sales Representative

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing new sales opportunities and achieving targets.
2. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
3. Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
4. Upselling products and services.
5. Providing support and assistance to other team members as needed.
6. Serving clients at the retail outlets and providing the right advice and recommending/introduction of new items for purchase.
7. Ensuring proper shelf display.
8. Replenishing out of stock items and replacing short expiry dates.
9. Implementing the approved merchandising at all times.
