Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in finding products or making product recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized retail environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the store clean.
• Actively promote sales and special promotions to customers to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and availability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management to ensure products are readily available to customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
