Retail Sales Promoter

This Is How You WOW:

1. Approach and interact with customers to promote Karcher products.
2. Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage and explain key selling points to highlight product advantages.
3. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product functionality.
5. Monitor stock levels and immediately inform store management and company representatives if a product is out of stock.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
7. Track and report daily sales performance.
8. Collect customer feedback and market trends to share with the sales team.
9. Coordinate with store staff and supervisors to optimize product placement.
10. Participate in promotional activities such as in-store activations or events to help increase sales.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of sales experience preferably from the home appliances industry.
3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Customer-centric mindset.
