Sales Performance

Vehicle Sales

This refers to the sales consultant's vehicle sales per unit. This is considered as the core responsibility to achieve the assigned sales target monthly.

RME Accessories

This refers to the sales consultant's accessories sales per unit.

KPI

Achieve quarterly set non-financial KPI.

Sales Process

  1. Outdoor Sales: The sales consultant should be able to generate enough number of outdoor appointments for prospected customers through telephone, web, CRM, or leveraging social media platforms in a month to generate leads.
  2. Leads Conversion to Walk-in: The sales consultant should be able to convert phone and digital leads from social media to walk-in to the showroom and have a better chance to further convert into sales.
  3. Leads Follow-up - Web and CRM: The sales consultant has to make contact to all customers who are leads from GCRM (call center), Digital within 2 hours for web leads and 4 hours for CRM leads.
  4. Test Drive: The sales consultant has to offer and conduct a vehicle test drive to customers to provide them an experience on the performance of the engine and other important driving features.
  5. Trade-in Appraisal: The sales consultant has to offer trade-in facility and appraise the customer's vehicle in the event of customer interested to trade in his vehicle.
  6. Manager's Second Facing: The sales consultant has to proactively ask for second facing from the sales manager and provide necessary information about the customer and his/her vehicle requirements.

Customer Satisfaction

  1. Sales Satisfaction Index – SSI: The sales consultant has to ensure satisfaction to all customers by conducting the complete sales process at all times, from start to the end of customer journey of the vehicle purchase cycle.
  2. Mystery Shopping - ARA (Walk-ins / Telephone / Email): The sales consultant has to ensure the sales process is conducted properly to customers at all times in accordance to the customer handling standards.

Product Knowledge

Quarterly Product Knowledge Test: The sales consultant has to ensure to know all the products, including the features, advantages, & benefits (FAB), vehicle new technologies and unique selling points (USPs).

Qualifications:

  1. > 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry.
  2. > Computer proficient and should have good communication skills.
  3. > Fair knowledge and utilization of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  4. > Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
