Position Goal: The placement is accountable to represent the brand by maximizing and adding to the sales within the shop with phenomenal customer care and retail experience. Perform numerous functional responsibilities such as store upkeep as well as visual discussion standards as assigned by the store manager/assistant shop supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Solution: - Greet the consumers and help them in choosing the right item. - Convert the window shoppers to supreme purchasers. - Promote the Club Apparel Commitment Program of the business for repeat sales. - Serve consumers with the highest possible standards and adhere to the firm standard of marketing (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Market, Thank). - Must be updated about the various brands of the group for symptomatic selling to the consumers.
Brushing/Perspective/Understanding: - Must be presentable and well-groomed at all times. - Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale period. - Must have up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
Merchandise: - Ensure all supply is laid out and displayed to attract clients and according to standard design standards. - Ensure all VM guidelines are complied with and all Supply Standards on clearance are maintained. - Record the stock internal/external and keep the report of the same.
Process: - Handle the POS (Point of Sale)/Payment Counter effectively. - Tally cash in the cash till during the beginning/end of the shifts. - Issue receipts/refunds/change to the clients appropriately. - Process the payments by cash/credit card/vouchers/automatic debits. - Ensure awareness and alertness at all times of safety in the shop without any neglect. - Must be flexible to help diverse shifts and overtime according to business demand. - Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Plans.
