Showroom Salesperson - Industrial Hardware

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Showroom Salesperson to join our team at Creative Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industrial hardware sector and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service
2. Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable products
3. Respond to customer inquiries and offer detailed product information
4. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized
5. Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments
6. Support inventory management and assist with restocking products
7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Electronics
2. Previous sales experience
3. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
4. Knowledge of industrial hardware products
5. Basic computer skills
