Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and restocked to attract customers
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, striving to find suitable resolutions and escalate issues when necessary
Process customer transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments as well as other forms of payment in accordance with company policies and procedures
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience:
The applicant must have practical experience in retail sales
Good communication and customer services skills
Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English
Must have exceptional people skills
Should be able to maintain professionalism at all times
