Job description

The position will support the Retail Projects and Partnerships Director in expansion projects and partnership management across the Miral estate.

Inspire & Motivate: Develop the team through creativity and empowerment by motivating individuals and leveraging the strengths of our partners.

Projects: Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new acquisitions or expansion projects on time and to a high standard.

Partnership management: Work closely with our partners to deliver:

  1. New, best in class experiences across the existing estate.
  2. Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Act as an escalation point for the Miral operating group.
  4. Continuously look at ways to enhance revenues and guest experiences.
  5. Ensure our partners are compliant in all areas of the business including but not limited to HSE.

Financial: Works alongside the partners and attraction teams to deliver innovative guest experiences to drive revenue across the estate. Assess business performance using company reporting tools to identify new opportunities; takes calculated risks with measurable results to maximize sales and impact customer experience.

Essential:

  • A level or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years working within a partnership/relationship management role.
  • An understanding of managing projects from concept stage to execution.
  • Must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Competent to deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong partnership/relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
  • Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e., verbal, non-verbal, visual) with the ability to communicate effectively in public to both small and large groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude. Initiative-taking self-starter with good initiative.
  • Proficiency with Excel.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography.
  • Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Managing GANTT plans.
  • Experience working with IPs.
  • Experience working with global service providers.
  • 2+ years working in a theme park environment.
