On behalf of Zimmermann, we are hiring for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join the Middle East team.
Zimmermann is one of Australia's leading and most respected fashion designer brands. Zimmermann's ready-to-wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high-end retailers both in Australia and internationally. We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, Europe, UK, USA and China and a successful online business.
What you’ll be doing:
Our Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and upholding ZIMMERMANN business policies for the Middle East retail network in line with business directives. Provide store teams with the necessary tools, processes, training, and support required to achieve sales budgets.
Provide comprehensive support to the retail stores and teams to achieve stores’ sales targets. Support the execution of an exceptional client experience through detailed management of retail operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities that support business growth in the region and implement strategies that meet and exceed all retail KPIs. Evaluate existing Policies and Procedures (P&P) and ensure these promote consistency, productivity, and performance, and are in accordance with market legislation, enacting any relevant changes with the approval of the Retail Manager and Global Support function.
