Manage all trade marketing elements linked to customer experience and journey instore.
Lead with all key planning and cross functional teams the retail marketing calendar for Sephora Middle East across all regions.
Manage execution and development of the instore animation calendar across the full Sephora Network ensuring all 360 touchpoints are met.
Manage and facilitate projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all 360 touchpoints are met during KCP’s and thematic animations.
Directly project manage and lead all instore build, development and pop ups as required.
Manage the design and execution all instore visibility elements, including all visual merchandising, new store destinations and all regional animation roll outs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build out instore guidelines and requirements in coordination with Sephora EME to ensure all instore and online guidelines (brand and institutional) are being executed accurately across the region.
Lead the execution and development of the instore animation calendar across the full Sephora Network ensuring all 360 touchpoints are met (including cross functional stakeholders outside store environments).
Facilitate and execute all stages of the animation process including design, coordination, production, and execution, ensuring delivery of qualitative and relevant messaging through both instore attractivity and conversation.
Liaise with cross functional departments to ensure all key messaging and touch points on the customer journey are relevant and impactful and maintain the Sephora Editorial Tone of voice.
Manage all timelines, key documents, and trackers for all countries to ensure all deliverables and due dates are met as per concept, production, and delivery.
Manage all cross functional department relationships to ensure all touchpoints are met and key story telling is developed and maintained.
Manage all special project coordination activities including communication and updates from cross functional departments and the European / Middle East Team.
Manage all retail marketing support and activities for all store opening and events.
Manage the maintenance of the yearly budget for Animation, In Store Marketing other retail activities.
Manage the Regional Store Window facilitation across all markets.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Lead the execution and build of attractive instore designs for the different Categories Fixtures based on the requirements of the business.
Facilitate and coordinate all stages of the design, production and installation process and carry out quality control checks.
Manage the development and roll out of all category fixtures across the region.
Lead the maintenance of the Category Fixture Budget allocated and ensure cost optimization.
Manage the creation and maintenance of all Category and Permanent Fixture Guidelines.
BRAND ACTIVATIONS :
Develop and maintain all existing and new animation fixture guidelines including and not limited to Regional Pop Ups and other permanent animation fixtures.
Manage the approval of brand animation designs and technical drawings with internal teams prior to approval.
Ensure all brand animations are carried out and executed as per Sephora Guidelines.
AGENCY / SUPPLIER RELATIONS
Provide necessary information to the suppliers by way of supplier files, art elements and all other necessary production elements.
Effectively manage communication between Sephora Europe and local market needs to ensure all deadlines are met and necessary materials delivered.
Contribute to successful relationship with the suppliers, business partners.
Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on smooth developments of special projects.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE & PERSONALITY
The successful candidate should have a university degree and have prior work experience (3-4 years) in the marketing or visual merchandising field in a medium to large organization.
The candidate should also be fluent in English with excellent MS Office Skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
They should possess strong communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Willing and able to travel for business within the region and markets as required.
