Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store performance and achieve sales targets
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure excellent customer service by creating a customer-centric culture and coaching sales associates in delivering exceptional service
Manage and monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize stock loss
Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure effective product presentation and adherence to brand guidelines
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team goals
Ensure effective communication and teamwork among team members
Oversee employee scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Implement and maintain store procedures for cash handling, opening and closing duties, and security
Monitor store expenses and manage budgets to optimize profitability
Collaborate with other departments or teams to facilitate smooth store operations
Business Development:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts
Suggest and implement business development initiatives to expand customer base and increase sales
Identify and analyze market opportunities and provide insights for product assortment and pricing strategies
Customer Experience:
Ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers by providing personalized service and resolving any customer issues or complaints
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and key customer segments
Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey and store experience
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using retail software and Microsoft Office
