Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Collaborate with the global head office and other regional managers to align on brand strategies and initiatives.
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.

Profile
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make strategic business decisions.
Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
