A Snapshot of Your Day:

This role has a regional focus where you will be responsible for retail and field force management strategy for the MENA Region. You will be required to focus on retail fixture assessment, field force process development and HQ alignment.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Regional Field Force strategy setting, oversee and manage field force strategy in the region
  • Regional Retail Fixture strategy and assessment vs. competition across all channels
  • Create field force advocacy programs for multi-brand floor salesmen
  • Motivate and drive Samsung promoters to sell more and become brand ambassadors
  • Field Force resource allocation and deployment efficiency, compensation and benefits management
  • Assess and improve promoter grading and recognition program for field force
  • Develop regional guidelines in alignment with HQ for tactical channel fixtures
  • Develop and enhance Learning and Development programs for field force
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicators
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Provide insights on competitive pricing, product positioning, promotions, and retail strategies
  • Design and implement strategic programs to enhance retail performance
  • Familiar with distributor management, stock management and distributor motivation
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders & communicate effectively with local subsidiaries

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in retail strategic management, with a focus on the MENA region
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales & Market Share data into actionable insights
  • Data visualization - Capable of assessing, analysing and presenting data, trends and sales potential/challenges
  • Capable of analysing promotional effectiveness & impact on sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 8+ years working experience related to strategic retail / key account management / shopper-marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Word and Power Point)
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning/organizing - the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
