Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
2. Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
3. Manage end-to-end LOS implementation using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
4. Drive process improvements and automation for enhanced loan processing efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

2. Proven track record in Project Management & Business Analysis within the LOS domain.
3. Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of loan origination processes and financial services compliance.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
