Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements

3. Manage end-to-end LOS implementation using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2. Proven track record in Project Management & Business Analysis within the LOS domain
3. Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
4. Strong understanding of loan origination processes and financial services compliance
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
