Retail Jewellery Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Sales Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the gold and diamond jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gold and diamond jewelry, providing expert advice and information on products.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, designs, and features of the jewelry pieces in the store.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns.
5. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring jewelry displays are attractive and well-organized.
6. Perform regular inventory checks and assist in inventory management.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Stay informed about the competition and market trends to provide feedback and suggestions for store improvements.
9. Adhere to all safety and security policies to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in gold and diamond jewelry.
2. Strong sales skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry, including different types, qualities, and care instructions.
5. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
6. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
