Retail Excellence Coordinator (Temporary)

The Retail Excellence Coordinator will report to the Retail Performance and Excellence Manager of Bvlgari MEA and will have the opportunity to learn and gain first-hand experience in a retail department.

They will help to manage and animate retail team tools, and collaborate on retail experience implementations in stores.

This is a great opportunity to support:

• The Retail Team & Stores on excellence management and Administrative Tools (scheduling, SharePoint animation, budget management, etc.)
• The stores in elevating hospitality standards in line with the animation plan.
• The stores in elevating grooming standards, as well as managing uniform requests.

Profile:

• Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot table, Macro)
• Problem solver with good analytical skills
• Dynamic, multitasking, open-minded, and eager to learn
• Passionate about retail and client experience

Background:

• The main objective of the internship is for our interns to expand their knowledge and learn more about our industry. Therefore, the background can vary, and we are open to candidates with experience in retail, sales, finance, consultancy, or other fields.
