Job Overview

We are looking for a Channel Manager based in Dubai to manage and grow VeSync’s retail channels across the Middle East. The core responsibility of this role is to achieve the annual sales targets for retail channels, maintain pricing consistency, ensure smooth execution of key deals, and develop new distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the small home appliances or 3C products industry, strong relationships with key regional retail channels (such as Carrefour, SDG, SACO, EXTRA, etc.), and fluency in Arabic.

Responsibilities

  1. Effectively manage and consistently improve on UAE/KSA KA retailer relationships in order to grow Levoit’s business, guarantee Levoit’s stand in-store location and resources;
  2. Keep high frequency communications with buyers, and ensure Levoit successfully attends UAE/KSA KA retailer major promotion events and activities;
  3. UAE/KSA KA retailer sales, inventory and forecast management, review retailer weekly sales and inventory by model, ensure retailer inventory forecast aligns to Levoit in stock, in transit and production lead times;
  4. Biweekly store inspections, monitor and report both Levoit in-store pricing, demo display & POSMs and competitors’ activities & pricing;
  5. Efficiently communicate with omni-channel buyers regarding Levoit pricing before, during and after the promotion period, ensuring brand pricing strategy implementation;
  6. Identify and onboard new retail partners in Qatar, Kuwait to generate incremental business, aligned with the overall GCC market strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written) and English.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the small home appliance industry. Knowledge of local market standards and regulations is crucial.
  4. 2-5 years of professional work experience working in sales.
  5. Proven Experience: Successful track record in sales management, particularly in the small home appliance or 3C products industry. Experience calling on UAE/KSA Retailers (Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Emax, Saco, Extra) is a plus.
  6. Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to diverse market needs. Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to market dynamics.
  7. Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  8. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets. Proven ability to deliver results in complex sales environments.
