Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and to safeguard customer information.
Process loan applications and assist customers with loan inquiries.
Educate customers on digital banking options and assist them with setting up and using online and mobile banking services.
Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Maintain a high level of customer service to build and retain customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong understanding of banking products and services.
Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking setting.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
