Retail Applications Integration Specialist - TP

The Retail Applications Integration Specialist ensures seamless data flow across the diverse retail technologies landscape. This role requires expertise in integration technologies and experience in Ecommerce and ERP. The specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust connections between systems such as Ecommerce, ERP, Warehouse Management System, and Order Management System, using Middleware (Boomi).

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration Development and Management: Design, develop, and manage integrations between various systems (Retail System, E-commerce, ERP, Warehouse Management, and Order Management) using Boomi as middleware. Configure and maintain system interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement solutions.
• Operational and Financial Integration: Responsible for integrating financial systems, enhancing and maintaining Retail Stock Ageing reports, and ensuring the closure of financial integration processes in a timely manner.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Write documentation for integration processes and manage retail applications data.
• Oversee retail applications data, including maintaining, backing up, DR replication, and securing databases, as well as restoring files and conducting DR failover tests as needed.
• Customer Service and Reporting: Respond to user inquiries and prepare various reports like capacity, backup status, and DR replication status.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Undertake business requirement analysis, documentation, process mapping, and prepare detailed flowcharts and diagrams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: University Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration in a retail environment.
• Expertise in API-based integration, middleware technologies (experience in Boomi is an advantage), and retail software applications.
• Proficiency in D365, Oracle EBS, SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
