Job Opportunity: Front-of-Restaurant Sales Waiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Sales Waiter to engage with potential customers outside the restaurant, encouraging them to dine with us. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a talent for driving sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage people passing by, sharing details about our menu, specials, and promotions.
2. Approach cars and pedestrians politely, promoting the restaurant’s offerings and inviting them to dine in.
3. Distribute menus and promotional materials, answering any questions about food options and prices.
4. Persuade customers to visit by communicating the quality and uniqueness of our dishes.
5. Gather feedback from potential customers to understand interests and help tailor future promotions.
6. Maintain a positive, professional appearance and demeanor while representing the restaurant.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
3. Ability to work independently and take the initiative in attracting new customers.
4. Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with various types of people.
5. Should have own Visa.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 2,000
Commission: 10% on each successful customer conversion
Performance bonuses available based on meeting sales target
Food will be provided on duty
