We are looking for a skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor with preopening experience to play a pivotal role in setting up and running our establishment.
Requirements
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of restaurant staff.
Collaborate with management on setting up operational processes and workflows.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Participate in menu planning, layout design, and kitchen setup.
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations.
Organize preopening events such as soft launches or trial runs.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, including preopening experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant technology.
