Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during all shifts.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Handle high-volume service periods while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Train and develop team members to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the management team in implementing new procedures and service standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in high-end dining establishments.
- Track record of managing high-volume operations successfully.
- Experience in leading and developing diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Understanding of UAE hospitality regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid UAE residency (preferred).
