Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Cafe Supervisor. The Cafe Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and communicating with other supervisors and managers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills in an food and beverage setting
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience with inventory management and ordering
