You will ensure the accounts are correct and administrative processes run smoothly.
You will help to draw up budgets and keep a businesslike eye on orders.

You will support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. Additionally, you will keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan.
