Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement staff schedules to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the restaurant's performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
