Job Description:

We are currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor for an Arabic Restaurant & Butchery in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management & Supervision: Supervise and train restaurant staff, assign tasks, and manage shifts.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and address complaints.
• Quality Control: Maintain food and service quality standards, enforce cleanliness, and safety regulations.
• Orders Management: Manage reservations, seating, and order accuracy.
• Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and order restaurant supplies.
• Staff Supervision: Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance.
• Financial Responsibilities: Assist with cost control and handle transactions.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu.
• Safety and Hygiene: Enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
• Communication: Liaise with kitchen staff and communicate important information.
• Shift Management: Open and close the restaurant, manage staffing levels.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts among staff and customers.
• Upkeep and Maintenance: Oversee restaurant cleanliness and appearance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Customer Engagement: Solicit feedback and reviews from customers.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct staff training.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in the U.A.E.
